Welcome to Tara Guitar Tayo! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of my online guitar lessons. By booking a lesson, subscribing to a plan, or participating in any session, you agree to the terms outlined below:

1. Lesson Format & Requirements
a. Lessons are delivered one-on-one via Zoom.
b. Students must have a computer (at least with built-in camera, microphone and speaker), stable internet connection, a guitar, and access to the lesson link provided after booking.
c, Sessions are conducted in English or Filipino-English (Taglish), depending on student preference.

2. Free Trial Lesson
a. Each new student is entitled to one free trial lesson.
b. The trial is non-transferable and must be scheduled within 7 days of registration.
c. No payment is required to access the free trial.

3. Monthly Subscription & Payment
a. Monthly subscriptions include 4 sessions. One bonus session during 5-week calendar month at no extra cost.
b. Payments are processed securely via credit card, debit card or PayPal.
c. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
d. Students may cancel any time before renewal to avoid future charges.

4. Refund Policy
a. I offer a 100% money-back guarantee on your first paid monthly subscription after your free trial.
b. If you're not satisfied after your first paid session, notify us within 24 hours—I’ll refund your full monthly payment, no questions asked.
c. This guarantee applies only to your first paid month and must be requested within 24 hours of completing your first paid session.

5. Rescheduling & Cancellations
a. Students may reschedule a lesson with at least 24 hours’ notice.
b. Missed lessons without notice are not refundable.
c. Exceptions may be made for emergencies—please contact me directly.
d. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

6. Access to Your Personal Information
You are entitled to view, amend, or delete the personal information that I hold. Email your request to me at CHRISTIANSALUNGA@TARAGUITARTAYO.com and I will work with you to remove any of your personal data I may have.

7. Code of Conduct
a. Tara Guitar Tayo is a respectful, inclusive space.
b. I ask all students to show up on time, be courteous, and engage positively.

8. Privacy & Data
a. Student information is used solely for scheduling, communication, and lesson delivery.
b. I do not share or sell your data.
